Self-awareness is the key to improving interpersonal skills. At TouchPoint, we use the Hay Group Emotional and Social Competency Inventory 360ᵒ feedback tool to give maturing leaders the insight they need to understand the gap between their self-perceptions and how their managers, peers, and team experience them. TouchPoint has certified trainers in the Hay Group ESCI who then coach managers to improve their performance and develop their social and emotional competencies.
